Mesothelioma is a cancer that is very rare but very serious. If you have been diagnosed with this or a friend has cancer, knowledge is the key to dealing with the diagnosis, treatment and possible consequences.

Mesothelioma is a malignant cancer found in the mesothelium. The mesothelium is often referred to as the lining of the chest and abdomen. It consists of two layers. A pressure against the organs and other works, such as a bag of species. The most critical form of mesothelioma is the malignant form. Known as malignant mesothelioma, the primary causal factor is asbestos infection. Pleural mesothelioma is a serious disease of the thoracic cavity. It is assumed by the inhalation of asbestos dust. Most of the three thousand cases in the United States each year are malignant. There are two main reasons. The disease has a long incubation period of twenty to forty years. By the time symptoms manifest, the cancer would have been in. Second, the outward signs, similar to the many common and less serious illnesses, the diagnosis difficult. In general, the problem is detected too late.

The outward symptoms of pleural mesothelioma include breathing and swallowing, weight loss, constant cough, chest congestion and pain, spitting blood and fever.
